Who can join our freediving events?
All wāhine aged 18+ are welcome. Our community celebrates women from all backgrounds and experience levels — from total beginners to seasoned divers. You’ll need to complete the medical questionnaire before booking, and for some trips, additional consent forms will be required before getting started.
Do I need to have experience?
All levels are welcome, but we do have a soft spot for beginners! Please refer to each specific event for experience required. Each event is designed to help you build confidence and connection with the moana at your own pace.
Do you run one-day courses?
Yes — we offer shorter day experiences throughout the year. The best way to hear about them is to join our mailing list for upcoming Salt Sessions and events.
Can I book a private experience?
