Join us for an epic day on (and under) the water! Our Freedive Day Trip is designed for divers who already have some basic freediving experience and want to build confidence, practise skills, and have fun in a supportive wāhine-led environment.
We’ll set off from Whitianga Wharf and head wherever the conditions are best, chasing clear water, calm seas, and good vibes. Once we find our spot, we’ll drop the lines and dive in for a full day of training, exploration, and connection with your fellow water wāhine.
Our experienced Salt instructors will be alongside you the whole way, offering guidance, safety, and a few good laughs too.

Cancellations & Refunds
Salt Aotearoa may need to cancel a trip or event if weather or other unforeseen circumstances make it unsafe to run. If this happens before departure, you can choose a full refund or rebook for another date. Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds if you cancel or don’t arrive on time for your trip.
